Return Policy

  We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of     customer satisfaction. We stand behind our goods and services and want our     customers to be happy with them. We will always try to take care of our     customers - our philosophy is to treat our customers fairly and reasonably.     We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they will     treat us fairly. We request refunds for bids used to purchase returned     items. If we choose to offer a refund and there is no record of sales     available, we will ask you for personal identification and will offer a     refund at the current price on your payment order.


  Do I need to return it? We no longer send a return label with your order,     but you can still print your own prepaid label, obtain a QR code to use at     an eligible USPS location, or return it in-store.

  We are now accepting returns of eligible Space 550  and Bayareaspirits.com items at Space 550  stores. Items purchased at Space 550 or Bayareaspirits.com are not eligible     for  Space 550   store refunds. Returns must be     processed at the store where they     were originally purchased.
